Our applications may display advertisements and use analytics tools to improve performance and user experience.

We do not directly collect personally identifiable information unless explicitly stated. Any data processing is performed through trusted third-party service providers as described below.

Through third-party SDKs, our apps may collect:

Foreground Service for Battery Monitoring (declared as specialUse in our system manifest). This service:

• Runs only when you explicitly enable the "Battery Alert" feature.

• Displays a persistent notification to ensure you are aware the monitoring is active (as required by Android safety standards).

• Can be stopped instantly by toggling off the alert switch within the app settings.

Privacy Note: This service operates entirely locally and does not transmit any battery data to external servers.

Our apps may display ads provided by third-party advertising partners, including:

• Google AdMob

• Meta (Facebook) Ads

These partners may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads in accordance with their own privacy policies.

While TV Gamepad: Remote Controller and Remote For TCL TV Smart do not natively collect, store, or share any personal information, they use the Google AdMob SDK to display advertisements. The Google AdMob SDK may collect and process certain data (such as IP addresses and Advertising IDs) to provide targeted advertising and analytics.

To provide its core diagnostic and alert functions, the App requires the following permissions:

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send you real-time battery alerts when your set thresholds are reached.

• VIBRATE: Allows the device to provide haptic feedback during a battery alert.

• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Enables the App to resume your previously enabled battery monitoring service after you restart your device.

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE & SPECIAL_USE: Required to maintain the battery monitor as a high-priority task, ensuring alerts are never missed.

• WAKE_LOCK: Used briefly during diagnostic scans to prevent the screen from turning off and interrupting the test.

For our application "SD Card File Manager For GoSw", we require the All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) permission. This permission is a core functionality of the app, and without it, the application cannot perform its intended purpose. It is used specifically to:

• File Operations: Allow users to browse, copy, move, rename, and delete all types of files (including non-media formats such as PDF, APK, ZIP, etc.) across both internal storage and external SD cards.

• Storage Analysis: Provide an accurate "Storage Analyzer" feature that calculates disk space usage by scanning all files on the device.

Privacy Guarantee:

We respect your privacy. Our applications do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal files or data to our servers or any third parties. All file-related operations are processed locally and securely on your device.

For our remote control applications, including Remote For Xiaomi Mi TvControl, Remote For TCL TV Smart, and TV Gamepad, the following permissions are essential for core functionality:

• INTERNET: Required to establish a connection between your smartphone and your TV/Media device over your local Wi-Fi network. No personal data or browsing activity is transmitted to external servers.

• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used solely to detect your connection status and identify compatible devices on the same local network for pairing. This does not grant access to Wi-Fi passwords or sensitive network information.

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to display connection status and active session controls. These are generated locally on your device.

Privacy Guarantee:

All network communication performed by our remote control applications occurs exclusively within your local network. No personal data, device information, or usage history is collected, stored or transmitted to our servers or any third parties through the use of these permissions.

We are committed to a strict "No Monitoring" policy for our remote utility apps.

• No Viewing History: We do not collect, track, or store any information regarding the channels you watch, the apps you launch, or the content you stream on your TV.

• No Input Logging: We do not log or record any button presses, keystrokes, or navigation patterns. Our applications act as a transparent bridge between your phone and your TV, and all control commands are processed in real-time without being stored.

For our application "USB OTG Connector: USB Checker", we require the All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) permission. This is essential for:

• OTG Core Operations: Detecting, mounting, and formatting external USB drives.

• File Management: Copying, moving, and renaming files (PDF, APK, ZIP) across internal and external storage.

• Disk Repair: Performing maintenance on connected OTG devices.

Privacy Guarantee:

All operations are processed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal files.

We use the following services to improve app quality:

• Google Firebase Analytics – usage analytics

• Google Firebase Crashlytics – crash reporting and diagnostics

Where required by law, user consent is requested before serving personalized ads.

Users can manage or withdraw consent at any time via device settings or by resetting the advertising ID.

Compliance for UK Residents (UK GDPR): As a company registered in the United Kingdom, GoSw Digital Ltd processes all data in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. We ensure that any data processing (such as basic analytics or advertising IDs) is done with the user's explicit consent where required and is protected by high-standard technical measures.
