Welcome to the mobile applications developed and published by GoSw Digital Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all our applications published on Google Play, including but not limited to:

• •Wireless Charging Test by GoSw

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our applications.

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• •Use the app for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity
• •Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without our permission
• •Interfere with the app's security or functionality
• •Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or misuse the app

The App utilises a Foreground Service specifically for Battery Monitoring (declared as specialUse in our system manifest). This service:

• •Runs only when you explicitly enable the "Battery Alert" feature.
• •Displays a persistent notification to ensure you are aware the monitoring is active (as required by Android safety standards).
• •Can be stopped instantly by toggling off the alert switch within the app settings.

Privacy Note: This service operates entirely locally and does not transmit any battery data to external servers.

To provide its core diagnostic and alert functions, the App requires the following permissions:

• •POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send you real-time battery alerts when your set thresholds are reached.
• •VIBRATE: Allows the device to provide haptic feedback during a battery alert.
• •RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Enables the App to resume your previously enabled battery monitoring service after you restart your device.
• •FOREGROUND_SERVICE & SPECIAL_USE: Required to maintain the battery monitor as a high-priority task, ensuring alerts are never missed.
• •WAKE_LOCK: Used briefly during diagnostic scans to prevent the screen from turning off and interrupting the test.

For our remote control applications, including Remote For Xiaomi Mi TvControl, Remote For TCL TV Smart, and TV Gamepad: Remote Controller, the following permissions are essential for core functionality:

• •INTERNET: Required to establish a connection between your smartphone and your TV/Media device over your local Wi-Fi network. No personal data or browsing activity is transmitted to external servers.
• •ACCESS_WIFI_STATE & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used solely to detect your connection status and identify compatible devices on the same local network for pairing. This does not grant access to Wi-Fi passwords or sensitive network information.
• •POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to display connection status and active session controls. These are generated locally on your device.

All network communication performed by our remote control applications occurs exclusively within your local network. No personal data, device information, or usage history is collected, stored or transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

We are committed to a strict "No Monitoring" policy for our remote utility apps.

• •No Viewing History: We do not collect, track, or store any information regarding the channels you watch, the apps you launch, or the content you stream on your TV.
• •No Input Logging: We do not log or record any button presses, keystrokes, or navigation patterns. Our applications act as a transparent bridge between your phone and your TV, and all control commands are processed in real-time without being stored.

All content in our apps, including designs, code, graphics, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of GoSw Digital Ltd and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use, copy, or exploit any part of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Our apps may display ads served by third-party networks such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, or AppLovin. These third parties may collect anonymous data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers or services linked from our applications.

Our applications are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with any data, please contact us at support@swiam.app for immediate removal.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with GDPR standards:

• •Access & Deletion: Since we do not store personal data on servers, you can exercise your right to delete all data by clearing the App's cache or uninstalling it.
• •Data Transfers: Any technical data processed by third-party services (like Google AdMob) is handled under their respective international privacy frameworks.

Compliance for UK Residents (UK GDPR): As a company registered in the United Kingdom, GoSw Digital Ltd processes all data in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. We ensure that any data processing (such as basic analytics or advertising IDs) is done with the user's explicit consent where required and is protected by high-standard technical measures.

We may update our apps or these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the app after updates implies your acceptance of the new terms. We are not obligated to maintain or support any version of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms or harms our services, users, or partners.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will function without errors or interruptions.

GoSw Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GoSw Digital Ltd is registered. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
